Love this tea
I drink it most nights and notice I sleep much more deeply than I did before -- and I didn't even think I had sleeping issues before! The nightly ritual of making and drinking it is also very calming. I can't say that it has definitively reduced my stress or helped me manage those symptoms, but it's good to know that it has whole ingredients in it that have been proven to do so.
