INTELLIGENCE FOR YOUR IMMUNE CELLS
SUPPORTS A WISER IMMUNE SYSTEM™
Your body is your fortress, and when it’s challenged, the most effective solution is a combination of prevention and active defense. Immune Therapy delivers dual-action protection that works to fortify the friendly bacteria in your mouth while signaling immune cells throughout your body to stand at the ready. Our formula avoids “boosting” your immune system, as this can create excess inflammation in your body. Instead, Immune Therapy ensures a balanced and precise response for improved efficiency, awareness, and resilience.*

CISTUS INCANUS
Cistus incanus has been treasured in the Mediterranean for centuries as nature’s answer to immune challenges. Traditionally prepared with its aerial parts as a refreshing water-based infusion, a clinical study researched the benefits of a Cistus protocol containing 220mg polyphenols and found it to deliver relief and anti-inflammatory benefits to patients experiencing upper respiratory tract infection symptoms. Polyphenols are protective actives and Cistus contains a unique blend of about 32 types including myricetin, quercetin, and kaempferol, which are associated with anti-viral activity.

ROSEHIP
A rich source of vitamin C and protective polyphenols, rosehip contains a unique synergy of immune-balancing compounds like betulinic acid and quercetin. Studies have shown quercetin to be an anti-viral agent that targets viral particles without causing excessive inflammation in the host cell, possibly even inhibiting entry into the host cell and preventing a threat’s progression through the body. Quercetin is most effective when synergized with vitamin C, making rosehip a valuable botanical for any immune challenge.

SUMAC BERRY
A medicinal and culinary staple, sumac berry is renowned for its high vitamin C and polyphenolic content along with its delicious lemonade-like flavor. Featuring polyphenols like kaempferol, quercetin, and gallic acid, it possesses potent antioxidant properties.

BLACK CURRANT
A supreme source of phenolics, flavonoids, carotenoids, ascorbic acid, and antioxidants, black currant leaf may have an even higher antioxidant capacity than its berries. In vitro studies show that a small concentration(<1%) of black currant leaf extract inhibits adhesion of viruses to the host cell and may inhibit viral replication and spread throughout the body.

CHAGA
Sourced from the Adirondacks, our birch-grown chaga mushroom contains a high concentration of immune-balancing betulinic acid. Along with its polyphenolic content, the betulinic acid in chaga is known to help support proper adrenal function while polysaccharides, beta glucans, and zinc act like intelligence for your immune cells, helping them understand how to respond accurately and precisely.

GINGER
Called the “great medicine” by ancient Indians, ginger rhizome has been traditionally used in Ayurveda for digestive imbalances, fever, and respiratory infections and in Iranian Traditional Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine for similar uses. Gingerols, a primary constituent in ginger, contain both immunomodulatory and anti-viral properties that have a profound effect on reinstating balance throughout the immune system and body. A recent study showed that after drinking ginger tea, patients had gingerols in their plasma 30-60 minutes after consumption.
OUR CLINICAL STUDIES SHOW THAT WITHIN 1 HOUR OF DRINKING IMMUNE THERAPY:
- Scavenger cells called monocytes start migrating from the blood stream to the tissue where they can immediately respond to immune challenges, communicate the need for a response, and regulate immunity and recovery.
- Specific pro-inflammatory markers are reduced, allowing immune cells to better “listen” and move where they are needed.
AFTER 2 HOURS OF DRINKING IMMUNE THERAPY:
- Natural Killer cells and T cells are activated, pinning down threats and challenging them, demonstrated by CD69 activation marker expression.
- Monocyte levels increase in the blood stream, indicating their return to surveille your system for immune challenges.

FROM OUR MASTER HERBALIST
THE IMMUNE-HERB OF OUR TIME: CISTUS INCANUS

Immune Therapy’s efficacy lies in the combination of each herb and mushroom, which was guided by groundbreaking immune research along with 40+years of formulation expertise. However, Cistus incanus has proven to be a standout in Immune Therapy and the foundation of some of the most impressive herbal synergies I’ve ever seen. Cistus is capable of inhibiting some viruses from binding to their host, making it a hot topic in immune research at the moment. It contains a complex matrix of polyphenols that are rarely seen in nature. Yet, at the time of Immune Therapy’s formulation, we only saw this herb being used in the Mediterranean and not available here in North America. We thought it was time we introduce it.
