Great Customer Service!

I am a first time purchaser of the skin care line which included a free toolkit. As I couldn't figure out how to get the code for the complimentary kit, I purchased it, fully prepared to pay the retail price anyway. After my purchase, FTB contacted me and offered me the $30 credit! Customer service is so poor these days but thats certainly not the case at For the Biome! I was so impressed. The toolkit came packaged beautifully and makes skincare feel like a ritual. I highly recommend FTB and their quality products.
